In Roman law it was thought that an evil spirits presence could taint a wedding so multiple witnesses were required to outsmart possible curses and other wrong doings. From this the western bridesmaid tradition was thought to have originated. The bridesmaid and the bride often dressed alike so as to add to the confusion.
This particular wedding took place on a beach front with clear skies and bright sun. I especially like the crisp, fresh look it provides. It was a beautiful wedding free of any ill-wishers.
